Originally from Canada, Dr. Devery earned his veterinary degree with honors from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia, and has since pursued advanced training and qualifications in both veterinary education, and veterinary anesthesia and critical care.
Before joining the Greenwich Animal Hospital team, Dr. Devery served as Area Medical Director for Bond Vet and as Clinical Director at James Cook University Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to medical quality, clinical mentorship, and promoting compassionate, evidence-based medicine. His professional interests include anesthesia, pain management, emergency and critical care, and fostering growth and teamwork in a supportive clinical environment.
Outside the hospital, Dr. Devery enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and working with wildlife rescue and community veterinary projects. He’s thrilled to call Greenwich home and looks forward to building lasting relationships with the pets and families he serves.
