Dr. Kramer graduated from Vassar College in 1979. After working at Rockefeller University, he earned his veterinary degree from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Veterinary Medicine. He began his veterinary career as an associate at Greenwich Animal Hospital. After several years of practice in Greenwich and elsewhere, he became the owner of Greenwich Animal Hospital in 1989.
